Sunny and cozy apartment in a private urbanization located on the first line of La Concha Beach in Oropesa del Mar. Nice views. 2 bedrooms + 1 bathroom + 1 toilet + terrace overlooking the beach. Capacity for 5 people. It has a swimming pool, parking, squash court.

Charming house in 1st. La Concha Beach line. It has all the amenities you need for a wonderful and relaxing vacation in Oropesa del Mar.
In the morning, you can cool off in the pool, which is at your disposal, to be able to start the day refreshed and happy!.
The 60 m2 apartment has the following spaces:
- Master bedroom with a 160x190cm double bed and large closets.
- Second bedroom with 135x190cm double bed and ceiling fan.
- 1 Main bathroom equipped with a practical shower, sink and bidet.
- 1 Toilet with sink and WC.
- Comfortable living room with beautiful views of the sea, HD-TV, 140x190cm sofa-bed, air conditioning and access to a wonderful terrace.
- Terrace with sea views equipped with awnings and table with 6 chairs.
- Kitchen with fully equipped gallery.
The apartment comes with bedding, towels, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and welcome kitchen amenities.
Guest Access:
- Community outdoor pool + Children's. (Open summer season).
- Parkland.
- Squash court.
- Free parking. On request.
- Optional WiFi on request. Cost: € 3 / day + € 50 refundable deposit.

We recommend enjoying the Vía Verde Oropesa-Benicasim in a pleasant walk contemplating the sea on foot or by bicycle, with different rest areas and viewpoints, visiting the Hiking Routes: PR-CV 459 »,« PR-CV 459.1 »,« SL -CV 170 "and" SL-CV 170.1 ", the visit to the Lighthouse, the Torre del Rey and how not to be surprised by the charming Old Town of Oropesa del Mar. We also suggest you go to the Prado de Cabanes-Torreblanca Natural Park, it constitutes a wetland area of great scenic value where various species of aquatic birds are housed, a true disconnection and cultural adventure for the family.
Within a radius of 100 meters from the building you will find all the necessary services: restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, ice cream parlors…

- Bus: At 100 meters from the apartment there is an urban bus stop and national lines.
- Taxi.
- Bike path 50 meters away that allows communication with nearby towns.

Le logement était idéalement placé (1er étage face à la mer) et très bien équipé. La résidence est calme et la piscine soigneusement entretenue quotidiennement. Super prestation, nous sommes enchantés.
