Beautiful apartment with spectacular views of one of the most fashionable beaches in the province of Valencia, Patacona beach. Located just a few metres from the beach and the seafront promenade, where you can find a wide variety of terraces and restaurants, and 15 minutes by car from the Historic Centre. You will perfectly combine city and beach!
2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, central hot-cold air conditioning, parking and WiFi.

The 95 m2 apartment has the following spaces:
- Spacious and bright living room with beautiful panoramic views of the beach. Equipped with two sofas, Smart TV, round dining table for four people and access to terrace.
- Terrace equipped with rectangular table and 4 chairs with views of the beach.
- Practical and complete independent kitchen with all kinds of appliances: dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster and blender. Access to gallery where laundry room, washing machine and clothes line are located.
- Spacious main bedroom with ensuite bathroom, equipped with double bed 180x190 cm, built-in wardrobes, Smart TV and access to terrace with views of the beach. The complete bathroom has washbasin, mirror, toilet, bathtub and bidet.
- Second bedroom with double bunk bed of 80x190 cm each and built-in wardrobe.
- Common bathroom with shower, toilet, washbasin and mirror.

It is delivered with bedding, 1 hand towel and bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and welcome kitchen amenities (1 scouring pad, 1 kitchen cloth, 2 garbage bags, 1 washing machine soap, 2 dishwasher tablets, dishwasher, 2 toilet rolls per bathroom, hand gel). Nespresso capsules and mineral water bottle.

The Patacona beach, Alboraya is a must-visit during your stay in Valencia. This area maintains its charm during the summer season, as well as in winter. 100 metres from the apartment there are all kinds of services and leisure facilities, supermarkets, trendy restaurants, beach loungers, beach volleyball facilities, the museum of the Valencian writer Vicente Blasco Ibáñez...
You will enjoy the proximity of Valencia's orchard, which dates back to the Andalusian era. To the classic crops that were already cultivated in Roman times, cereals, vine, olives, rice and tiger nuts are added as the most characteristic of this area, as well as vegetables such as aubergine and artichoke.

How to move around:
Just a few meters away from the apartment, a bus stop (lines 19 - 31), taxi, and bicycle lane are available.

House rules:
- No parties.
- No smoking.
- No pets.
- No more people than those reserved.
- Responsibility, respect and good conduct towards all facilities and neighbours.
- Respect rest hours, from 10:00 pm to 10:00 am.
- No rubbish in the accommodation. Rubbish containers are located in the street, Valencia has a daily waste collection service of 4 types: paper / glass / packaging and plastics in addition to the rest.

Price:
Winter: 3,000€/ Monthly + 200€/ Monthly Supplies.
Summer: 6,000€/ Monthly + 300€/ Monthly Supplies.

Final room cleaning: 200€.

Deposit: Mandatory to agree.
