It is perfect for families looking to spend a real break in Valencia enjoying the sea in a charming tourist town known as Little Venice for its architectural style. A 2-minute walk away is a shopping center and 10 minutes by car, Valencia capital. The house has Wi-Fi and hot / cold air conditioning.

Three-bedroom apartment ideal for families, fully equipped and with views of the Port Saplaya marina, which has all the leisure and entertainment services for adults and children. In addition, its location is very welcoming and inspiring due to its special architecture. Therefore, it is the perfect combination of beach, walk and family rest that will allow you a pleasant and relaxing stay.

With capacity for 4 people, the 100 m2 apartment has the following spaces:
- Living-dining room with chaise-lounge sofa, HD-TV and direct access to the terrace with views of the marina.
- Practical American kitchen with a bar to the dining room, fully equipped (oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, blender, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle...).
- Terrace overlooking the marina, equipped with a table and 4 chairs.
- Master bedroom with a double bed of 180x190 cm with ensuite bathroom and sink.
- Second bedroom consisting of two single beds of 90 x 190 cm.
- Third bedroom equipped with ironing equipment (option to put a single bed or a desk).
- Bathroom with sink with mirror, toilet, bidet and shower.

It is delivered with bed linen, 1 hand and bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and welcome kitchen amenities (1 scourer, 1 kitchen towel, 2 garbage bags, 1 washing soap, 2 dishwasher tablets, dishwasher, 2 toilet rolls per bathroom, hand gel).

The neighborhood:
Port Saplaya, in Alboraya's municipality is a required visit during your stay in Valencia. It is the natural continuation of the Patacona and Malvarrosa’s beaches. This are keeps the charms during all the year long for the characteristic architecture, which has been worth it the nickname of the Small Venice, on having been composed by colourful buildings and Venetian decoration, as well as to have interior channels with numerous boats docked. At 100 meters of apartment’s exit one finds the main of the locality, full of terraces and also at to 100 meters is the access to the promenade that runs the entire length of the beach, equipped with boardwalks and showers.

Getting around:
The entire municipality is surrounded by bike lanes. The nearest taxi rank is 800 meters away.
Municipal bus of the Egusa company: Connection with Playa de Patacona and Alboraya town, from the latter being able to access the metro, lines 3 and 9 (Palmaret stop) and the EMT bus number 70, which connects with the center of Valencia.
Line 31 (EMT): La Patacona/La Malva Rosa - Poeta Querol.

- Final cleaning of the stay: €150.
