Accommodation:
The 77 m2 apartment has the following spaces:
- Spacious and bright living room with sofa, HD TV, dining table for four people, shelves and access to balcony.
- Fully equipped American kitchen, with all kinds of appliances and kitchen utensils: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, toaster and blender.
- Main bedroom with double bed 150x190 cm with views to the light well where the washing machine is located.
- Practical and complete bathroom with shower, sink, mirror and toilet.
- Spacious second bedroom with exterior views with double bed 150x190 cm and access to balcony.
- Small balcony with street views.

It is delivered with bedding, 1 hand towel and bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and welcome kitchen amenities (1 scouring pad, 1 kitchen cloth, 2 rubbish bags, 1 washing machine soap, 2 dishwasher tablets, dishwasher, 2 toilet rolls per bathroom, hand gel).

The Neighbourhood:
This apartment is located in the Mestalla neighbourhood, just a few metres from the Valencia Football Club Stadium and Blasco Ibáñez Avenue, the university area of Valencia and, therefore, one of the areas with the most young people in the city.

In the area you will find a great offer of restaurants, pubs and leisure-cultural activities. You can visit emblematic buildings, such as the Exhibition Palace and the Military Historical Museum, as well as cinemas, restaurants, terraces, breweries and supermarkets. About 5 minutes from the property there are two metro stops with which you can move to the city centre or the beach and, on the opposite side of Blasco Avenue, about 15 minutes walking, you will find the Benimaclet neighbourhood, a charming area with many places to go out to eat and corners to discover.

In the extreme West of the neighbourhood are the Turia Gardens and the Palau de La Música, where concerts, orchestras and other cultural events are held. The gardens are an urban park with a length of about 7 km that runs through what was formerly the riverbed of the Turia River. Along this park you will find the City of Arts and Sciences, Gulliver Park, tracks for practicing different sports, a cycle lane and another for running, all surrounded by abundant vegetation.

How to move:
A few meters away from the apartment, bus stops, metro, taxi, and bicycle lane are available:
- Bus: Cardenal Benlloch -La Pobla de Farnals stop
(lines 18, C3).
- Metro: Amistat-Casa de la Salud station (lines 5 and 7) 7 minutes walking. Aragón station (lines 5 and 7), 5 minutes walking.
- Taxi: stop at Avenida del puerto, 111, 1 km away.
- Bicycle lane: on Avenida de Blasco Ibáñez, 2 minutes walking.
