It is delivered with bedding, 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, welcome kitchen amenities: (1 scouring pad, 1 kitchen cloth, 2 garbage bags, 1 washing machine soap, dishwasher, 2 toilet rolls per bathroom), bathroom amenities: (hand gel). Coffee capsules and a 1.5l mineral water bottle.

The Neighbourhood:
Located in the emblematic neighbourhood of La Seu, the apartment is situated 300 metres from the central Plaza de la Reina and 200 metres from Plaza de la Virgen, the historical-monumental epicentre of Valencia. The Ciutat Vella district is the birthplace of the city, over 2000 years ago, where its greatest tourist offering is concentrated, making it an essential visit for both tourists and locals.

It is the main commercial area thanks to the Central Market, as well as the wide commercial offer of souvenir shops, crafts, fashion, etc. In addition, antique shops are also abundant in the area. - Check-in time: 15:00 - 21:00 h. (Outside schedule, charge of 30 €).
- Check-out time: 09:00 - 11:00 h.
