The Neighbourhood:
This apartment is located in the Mestalla neighbourhood, just a few metres from the Valencia Football Club Stadium and Blasco Ibáñez Avenue, the university area of Valencia and, therefore, one of the areas with the most young people in the city.

In the area, you will find a great offer of restaurants, pubs and leisure-cultural activities. You can visit emblematic buildings, such as the Exhibition Palace and the Military Historical Museum, as well as cinemas, restaurants, terraces, breweries and supermarkets. About 5 minutes from the property, there are two metro stops with which you can move to the city centre or the beach and, on the opposite side of Blasco Avenue, about 15 minutes on foot, you will find the Benimaclet neighbourhood, a charming area with many places to go out to eat and corners to discover.

In the extreme West of the neighbourhood are the Turia Gardens and the Palau de La Música, where concerts, orchestras and other cultural events are held. The gardens are an urban park with a length of about 7 km that runs through what was formerly the riverbed of the Turia River. Along this park you will find the City of Arts and Sciences, Gulliver Park, tracks for practising different sports, a cycle lane and another for running, all surrounded by abundant vegetation.

How to move:
A few metres away from the apartment, bus stops, metro, taxi and bicycle lane are available:
- Bus: Cardenal Benlloch -La Pobla de Farnals stop
(lines 18, C3).
- Metro: Amistat-Casa de la Salud station (lines 5 and 7) 7 minutes walking. Aragón station (lines 5 and 7), 5 minutes walking.
- Taxi: stop at Avenida del puerto, 111, 1 km away.
- Bicycle lane: on Avenida de Blasco Ibáñez, 2 minutes walking.
