In the heart of the Valencian Huerta, this beautiful three-bedroom farmhouse surrounded by tiger nut fields and the beach is only 5 minutes away by bike, can accommodate up to 6 people.

Located in Alboraya, an ideal place without a doubt to spend a few days off or enjoy the best and authentic Mediterranean experiences. 15 minutes by car from the city center and the City of Arts and Sciences and only 25 minutes from the Albufera Natural Park. It has a patio, orchard, barbecue, 2 bicycles, fireplace, Wi-Fi, parking, air conditioning and heating.

Accommodation:
A charming farmhouse with a rustic-modern style that can accommodate up to 6 people, it is the perfect combination of a garden and a beach-relaxation. Has access to public transportation. Open spaces, decorated with natural materials and neutral colors, as well as magnificent views of the orchard will make your stay a relaxing and pleasant experience.

The 164 m2 farmhouse has the following spaces:

Low level:
- Cozy living-dining room with sofa, HD-TV and direct access to the patio and the orchard.

- Very functional and fully equipped American kitchen (oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, blender, toaster, kettle...).

- Studio equipped with a desk, chair, chest of drawers and a 140x190cm double sofa bed.

- Bedroom with a double bed of 150x190 cm and views of the patio.

- Bathroom equipped with a practical shower, sink and toilet.

- Nice patio where you can enjoy a seating area with a table, 6 chairs, 4 sun loungers and an umbrella, as well as a barbecue.

First floor:
It is accessed from the living room by stairs:

- Very spacious master bedroom with a double bed measuring 180x190 cm, a living area equipped with a sofa and two armchairs where enjoying the fireplace and views of the orchard is a delight.

- Bright bathroom equipped with shower, sink and toilet.

It is delivered with bed linen, 1 hand and bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and welcome courtesy amenities: (kitchen: 1 cloth, 1 scourer, 2 garbage bags, 1 dishwasher, 1 dishwasher tablet, 1 bottle of washing-up soap Bathroom: 2 toilet rolls and hand gel.

The neighborhood:
In the Huerta Norte Valenciana within a region made up of villages full of charm, which retain their distinctive and characteristic features despite the passage of time. Undoubtedly, a magical place full of history, which falls in love with everyone who visits it. Alboraya, in addition to having several beaches, is also famous for such typical products as horchata and tiger nuts.

From the same farmhouse we recommend the various cycle tourism routes, which will allow you to appreciate the richness of such a unique heritage where you will find ditches, mills and barracks with overflowing water; old farmhouses and hermitages that tell stories in each of their cracks.

But we also recommend you visit its beaches. In the "Valencian little Venice", Port Saplaya, you will find a beautiful area full of color, in which the sea and the buildings of the area are perfectly integrated thanks to its canal and recreational port.
La Patacona has the longest beach in the Alborayense town, and a large promenade to enjoy the beautiful views and also our prized gastronomy. This area maintains its charm during the summer season, as well as in the winter.

Following the north, a few kilometers away we will find the Puig Monastery and the Sagunto Castle, where the Jewish Quarter and the Sierra Calderona Natural Park are located. Among its most outstanding civil heritage we also find the Puente del Moro; a Romanesque ashlar stone bridge, and the L'Agricola Theater; built at the beginning of the 20th century and with various recreational uses today.

How to move:
Only a few meters away from the farmhouse is available;

- Alboraya bus stop: (stop “Les Tendes” 41 – 3).
- Bike lane.
- Metro: Line 3 (1.7km away “Almàssera).

- Responsibility, respect and good behavior towards all the facilities used and the neighbors.
