- Terrace equipped with awning, rectangular glass table and chairs.
- Independent fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, water kettle, toaster and blender.
- Toilet with toilet, washbasin, mirror and small cabinet.

BASEMENT (Access via stairs):
- Laundry room with washing machine, dryer and two portable clotheslines.
- Garage with capacity for 2 cars, water tap and 4 wall-mounted bicycle hangers.

FIRST FLOOR (Access by stairs from the entrance):
- Main bedroom with en-suite bathroom, double bed 180x190 cm, spacious walk-in wardrobe with mirror and access to balcony. The bathroom has a shower, sink, mirror and toilet.
- Second double bedroom with two single beds of 90x190 cm and access to a balcony shared with the main bedroom.

SECOND FLOOR (access by stairs):
-Bedroom with en-suite bathroom, double bed of 150x190 cm, spacious walk-in wardrobe and access to balcony. The bathroom includes shower, bathtub, sink, mirror and toilet.

It is delivered with:
Bedding, a hand towel and a bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and a kitchen welcome kit: 1 cloth, 1 scouring pad, 2 garbage bags, 1 dishwasher liquid, 1 dishwasher tablet, 1 washing machine detergent tablet. Coffee capsules and a bottle of mineral water. Bathroom: 2 rolls of toilet paper and hand soap.

It is the most trendy beach in Valencia. 100 metres from the apartment you will find all kinds of services and leisure facilities, supermarkets, trendy restaurants, sunbeds on the beach, beach volleyball facilities, the museum of the Valencian writer Vicente Blasco Ibáñez...

In the vicinity, you will enjoy pleasant walks along its seafront promenade, Malvarrosa Beach, Las Arenas Beach and even a pleasant walk to Port Saplaya beach, the small Valencian Venice.

How to move around:
Just a few meters away from the apartment, there is an available bus stop (line 31), taxi stand, and a bicycle lane.
