I contacted ApartUP and, even on a Sunday, they were able to arrange an alternate apartment for us that afternoon. We were very impressed with the service provided by ApartUP.
Even though we really like the apartment we were in, there were several things that require attention that could be easily fixed: - the toilet paper holder attached to the wall is loose and the paper falls off - there are no towel racks in the bathroom - the lighting in the kitchen is poor and could be greatly improved with a light over the sink. - the shower head has a significant leak that reduces the amount of water from the head. |
