Spectacular duplex penthouse apartment with lateral views of the Patacona beach, it can accommodate up to 4 people, it is the perfect combination of beach and city-rest. Easy access to public transportation. Its functional design, as well as the magnificent views of the pool and beach from the terraces will make your stay a relaxing and pleasant experience.
The apartment of 75 m2 and 30 m2 of terrace has the following spaces:
- Comfortable living room with chaise-lounge sofa, HD-TV and direct access to the duplex terrace with magnificent side views of the sea and the pool.
- Large master bedroom with a 160x200 cm double bed, with access to the terrace.
- Second bedroom with trundle bed, both 80x200 cm, desk and access to the terrace.
- Bathroom equipped with bathtub and sink.
- Independent kitchen with gallery, very functional and fully equipped with all the necessary items (washing machine, dishwasher, dryer, blender, juicer, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine...).
- Duplex terrace where you can enjoy on the ground floor a table and chairs for 2 people and on the 1st floor with access via stairs to an impressive outdoor dining area with table and chairs for 6 people, with 2 sun loungers, and a toilet. In addition, a detail will be to refresh yourself with its practical outdoor shower.

You will enjoy the proximity of the garden of Valencia, which is from the Andalusian period. To the classic crops that were already cultivated in Roman times, cereals, vineyards, olive trees, rice and tiger nuts are added as the most characteristic of this area, as well as vegetables such as aubergines and artichokes.
How to move:
Just a few meters away from the apartment there is a bus stop (lines 19 - 31), taxi and bike path.

The Neighbourhood:
La Patacona beach is located in the municipality of Alboraya and is a must-visit during your stay in Valencia. It is one of the most fashionable beaches in the province and is the natural continuation of Malvarrosa beach. The next neighbouring beach is Port Saplaya, an area with great charm throughout the year that, due to the shapes and colours of its architecture, as well as the small interior canals, is commonly known as Little Venice. In the vicinity, you can find a long seafront promenade, a shopping centre, numerous restaurants with terraces and cafés.
Just 10 minutes by car from Valencia capital, this neighbourhood is an ideal starting point for visiting the city's most famous beaches and some neighbouring towns such as El Puig, with its 13th-century monastery, or the historic city of Sagunto, presided over by a Roman castle and whose Jewish quarter is well worth a visit.

For 4 people there were only 2 sun loungers on the terrace so an additional 2 would be great as there are no sunloungers at the pool.
