Extraordinary apartment specially designed for families with children, facing the City of Arts and Sciences and the Gulliver children's park in Valencia, with capacity for 6 people. It has toys and practical accessories for children. It combines practicality and an excellent location.
The accommodation:
Spacious and bright apartment that stands out for its excellent location, especially for families with children, as it is located next to the Kingdom Bridge, with access in just one minute to the Turia River Gardens, just opposite the City of Arts and Sciences and the Gulliver children's park. The apartment has air conditioning for cold and heat, as well as high-speed WiFi.
The 107 m2 apartment has the following spaces:
- Spacious living-dining room. It has a large HD-TV and comfortable sofa.
- Balcony with small table and two chairs, accessible from the living-dining room and with views of the Opera Building of the City of Arts and Sciences.
- Practical fully equipped American kitchen, with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, blender, juicer and all necessary kitchen utensils. It also has a large table with capacity for more than 6 diners.

The neighbourhood:
Residential neighbourhood in one of the best areas of Valencia. A very quiet area, next to the Turia River Gardens, the green lung of the city with 9 kms of route and the most diverse leisure activities for the whole family. A reference meeting point and a small urban luxury that gives Valencia great popularity, as it is the largest garden in Spain. At the closest garden access to the apartment, you can access the Opera building of the City of Arts and Sciences and the Skatepark. A few minutes' walk away, you can access Gulliver, a monumental 70-metre sculpture that can be accessed through ramps, slides and stairs, and which represents the moment when Gulliver arrives in the land of Lilliput and is tied up by the Lilliputians. The figure is made to such a scale that visitors resemble the inhabitants of Lilliput when they walked on the body of the character created by Jonathan Swift.
Together with the Oceanographic, the Prince Felipe Science Museum and the BioParc, it completes the most attractive and exciting leisure offer for children.
Around the apartment there are all kinds of services: restaurants, shopping centres (Aqua, El Saler and El Corte Inglés), supermarkets (Mercadona, Aldi...), as well as a great variety of small shops.

The apartment is very new so everything is in great condition. It is well furnished and has all the necessary kitchen equipment, crockery, glassware etc you might need for a short or long stay. Some apartments let you down on the small but importantsee more
The apartment is very new so everything is in great condition. It is well furnished and has all the necessary kitchen equipment, crockery, glassware etc you might need for a short or long stay. Some apartments let you down on the small but important touches like a good hairdryer and iron but here everything is excellent. Bedding, towels etc are also of good quality. In the winter it was useful to have a dryer as well as washer for the odd days when it wasn't worthwhile hanging clothes out. The apartment is spacious with lots of wardrobe space. There are supermarkets within a few minutres and a large Carefour walking distance away for anything else you might need. The area is excellent with good restaurants, easy access to the Science and Arts park and the Turia. We've stayed in 4 apartments over the years in the area (3 with ApartUp) but this was definitely the best. When returning we would try to book this again. We were only 2 but this would be spacious enough for a family or 4 adults. 2 very good bathrooms and 3 excellent bedrooms. Hard to beat and amazing value.
