- Spacious living room-kitchen with wooden floors, equipped with HD TV and comfortable 3-seater sofa. Capacity for 4 people.
- Small balcony overlooking the old town.
- Kitchen open to the living room. Fully equipped with high end appliances, It has washing machine, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, microwave / grill, toaster, kettle, blender…You will not lack you are welcome.
- Comfortable and quiet master bedroom with double bed of 150x190 cm. with ample storage space.
- Second bedroom with double bed of 135x190 cm.
- Modern bathroom with shower.
It has air conditioning and heating. Everything brand new.
It is delivered with bed linen, 1 hand and bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and welcome kitchen amenities (1 scourer, 1 kitchen cloth, 2 garbage bags, 1 washing soap, 2 dishwasher tablets, dishwasher, 2 toilet rolls per bathroom, hand gel).

The neighbourhood:
This apartment is located in the neighbourhood of Mestalla, a few meters away from the Stadium of Valencia Club de Fútbol and the Avenue of Blasco Ibáñez (the university area of Valencia and, therefore, one of the areas with more young people in the city).
In this district you will find a wide range of restaurants, pubs and leisure activities. You can visit emblematic buildings, such as the Exhibition Palace and the Military Historical Museum, and you can go to the cinema, restaurants, terraces, breweries and supermarkets. About 5 minutes from the apartment there are two subway stops with which you can move to the downtown or the beach areas and, on the opposite side of Blasco Ibáñez Avenue, about 15 minutes on foot, you will find the district of Benimaclet, a lovely area with many places to eat and to discover.
At the western end of the neighbourhood are the Turia Gardens and the Palau de la Música, where concerts, orchestras and other cultural events are held. The gardens are an urban park, with a length of about 7 km, that run through what once was the bed of the Turia river. Throughout this park you will find the City of Arts and Sciences, The Gulliver Park, tracks in which you can practice different sports, and bike and a running path, all surrounded by abundant vegetation.
Getting around:
Bus stops, metro stations, a taxi rank and a bike path are available just a few meters away from the apartment:
- Bus: stop Blasco Ibáñez - República Argentina (lines 30, 31, 71, 81 and N1), 6 minutes on foot. Blasco Ibáñez - Almela i Vives (lines 30, 31, 71 and 81), 6 minutes on foot.
- Metro: Amistat-Casa de la Salud Station (lines 5 and 7), 9 minutes on foot. Aragón Station (lines 5 and 7), 6 minutes on foot.
- Taxi: rank at Avenida del Puerto, 111, 1.5 km away.
- Bike path: on Blasco Ibáñez Avenue, 2 minutes on foot.

Practical and modern apartment located in Avenida Francia avenue, with a height that allows to get a privileged view from this avenue, sighting even the Port of Valencia and the sea. Next to the City of Arts and Sciences, one of the most iconic and trendy architectural ensembles of Valencia. This allows us to be in 10 minutes walking from the Aquarium, the Principe Felipe Museum, the Hemispheric, the Opera House Reina Sofia, the Gulliver Park ... in a nice promenade along the River Turia Gardens, the largest urban garden in Spain.
El Corte Inglés (department store) and the Shopping Centre Aqua are within easy reach of the apartment, so it rely on with the máximum convenience for shopping, range of restaurants and leisure.
The apartment of 60 m2 has the following areas:
- Living room of great amplitude with table up to 4 people, comfortable sofa easily convertible in double bed, HD TV and cosy details that will do more agreeable your stay.
The living room is connected with the kitchen through a practical window.
- Balcony overlooking the Avenida de Francia, sighting even the Port of Valencia and the sea that allows the living room a great natural light.

Die Ausstattung des Apartments war perfekt - es war wirklich alles vorhanden was für eine Ferienwohnung denkbar ist. Das Bad war modern, und das ganze Apartment wirkte als wäre es gestern erst renoviert worden. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt, mehrere Bäcker befinden sich in der Parallelstraße. Ein Auto ist absolut unnötig, da man von diesem Apartment aus praktisch alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen kann.
