It is perfect for families looking to spend a beach holiday, but well-connected. 15 minutes by car from the city centre and 10 minutes from the City of Arts and Sciences and just 18 km from the Albufera Natural Park. It has Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating.

Accommodation:
Ground floor apartment located about 250mts from the beaches of Cabañal, Malvarrosa and Las Arenas, accommodating up to 5 people. It is the perfect combination to explore this Mediterranean city, cradle of Western civilization. The city of Valencia enjoys temperate beaches to combat summer heat. Easy access to public transport. Its functional layout and location will allow you to make the most of Valencia's good weather.

The 65 m2 apartment has the following spaces:
- Spacious open-concept living-dining room, with a sofa bed of 140x190cm, HD-TV, dining table and 5 chairs.
- Fully equipped open kitchen with everything necessary (oven, fridge, microwave, mixer, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, electric kettle...).
- Main bedroom with a double matrimonial bed of 150x190 cm equipped with a standing fan.
- Second bedroom equipped with a double bed of 150x190 cm, standing fan and with access to a small laundry area where the washing machine is located.
- Bathroom with washbasin, toilet, cabinet, mirror and shower.

It is delivered with bedding, 1 hand towel and one bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, welcome kitchen amenities: (1 scouring pad, 1 kitchen cloth, 2 bin bags, 1 washing machine soap, dishwasher, 2 toilet rolls per bathroom, hand gel in bathroom) and coffee capsules and a 1.5l bottle of mineral water.

The neighbourhood:
The Malvarrosa beach, located north of the Port of Valencia, offers its visitors 3 kilometres of coastline with fine, golden sand. This area was formerly occupied by fishermen, later became a resting place for the Valencian bourgeoisie and currently maintains its charm, being a modern area of the city, in full renovation phase. As a curiosity, it was named so due to its plantation of aromatic herbs and malva-rosaceous plants. It is perfect if you want to go with family or sunbathe in a relaxed way, but it is also great if you want to practice some sport in front of the sea, as there are areas specially enabled for the most active.

100 metres from the apartment there are all types of services and leisure facilities, supermarkets, trendy restaurants, sunbeds on the beach, beach volleyball facilities, the museum of the Valencian writer Vicente Blasco Ibáñez... Valencia is a vibrant city full of history and culture that will not leave you indifferent!

The neighborhood:
Located in the maritime neighborhood of Cabañal, founded by fishermen in the 19th century. XIX and composed of narrow and long streets of low buildings parallel to the Port of Valencia and the sea and frequently portrayed by the painter Sorolla and the writer Blasco Ibañez. This is an emblematic neighborhood, especially now, because it is undergoing a comprehensive rehabilitation of facades and interiors after having been deteriorated in previous decades. Its resurgence has turned it into a lively area in terms of leisure and culture, it is the currently fashionable neighborhood, due to the social awareness that the importance of the traditional and the authentic has generated. With the reopening of the Musical Theater and La Fábrica de Hielo, Valencia's newest cultural offering has its epicenter in El Cabañal. In terms of gastronomy, this is a neighborhood of homemade food and seafood, as well as highly valued places to go for beers and tapas.
