Luxury apartment in Alboraya with sea views, your perfect refuge next to the beach. This cosy 160m² duplex is designed for families seeking comfort and brightness. With capacity for up to 6 people, it features 3 bedrooms and 4 beds (2 double and 2 single), perfect for everyone to enjoy a restful sleep. It is located on the beachfront, in an ideal area for families. You will enjoy a spectacular 50 m² terrace where you can relax with sea views, as well as direct access to the solarium and terrace furniture. The atmosphere is very bright and comfortable, perfect for disconnecting from daily stress.

It is delivered with bed linen, 1 hand towel and bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and welcome kitchen amenities (1 scouring pad, 1 kitchen cloth, 2 bin bags, 1 washing machine soap, 2 dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, 2 toilet rolls per bathroom, hand gel). Coffee capsules and 1 bottle of mineral water.

The 160 m2 duplex apartment has the following spaces:

GROUND FLOOR:
- Spectacular and luminous living room equipped with chaise longue sofa, comfortable armchair and HD Smart TV. It has direct access to a spacious terrace facing the sea, with panoramic views of Playa de la Patacona and the landscaped areas with swimming pool of the complex. The terrace is perfectly furnished, featuring an outdoor dining area (rectangular table with 6 chairs) and a cosy relaxation space with sofa and two armchairs.
- Independent and functional kitchen, fully equipped to make you feel at home. It stands out for its elegant glazed window with black frames, which visually connects with the living-dining room providing great luminosity. It includes oven, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher, as well as small essentials for everyday use such as American-style filter coffee maker, kettle, blender and electric juicer.
- Spacious master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, designed for maximum rest. It features a large double bed of 150x190 cm and a generous dressing room. Its private access to the terrace allows you to enjoy direct ventilation and abundant natural light from the first hour of the day.
- Modern and functional en-suite bathroom, equipped with a comfortable shower tray, sink with drawer unit for storage, mirror and WC.
- Second double bedroom, designed to offer maximum comfort. It features a spacious bed of 150x190 cm, HD TV, spacious wardrobe and full-length mirror. Its direct and private access to the terrace guarantees magnificent natural lighting from dawn and perfect external ventilation.
- Second complete and functional bathroom, equipped with a comfortable shower tray with glass screen, integrated sink over drawer unit for storage, mirror and toilet.
- Third bedroom, perfect for optimising rest. It includes two beds of 90x190 cm, multiple storage solutions for greater comfort: wardrobe, drawer unit and a trunk.

FIRST FLOOR (Accessed only by stairs):
- Duplex terrace of 80 m2. A unique private space divided into two distinct areas: an outdoor dining area with a table for 6 people and a sophisticated relaxation corner with a sofa and two armchairs, ideal for relaxing at dusk.

Patacona beach, Alboraya is a must-visit during your stay in Valencia. This area maintains its charm during the summer season, as well as in winter. 100 metres from the apartment there are all kinds of services and leisure facilities, supermarkets, trendy restaurants, beach loungers, beach volleyball facilities, the museum of Valencian writer Vicente Blasco Ibáñez...
We recommend a visit to the Valencian huerta, a natural resource with its network of crops, its traditions and its people. Irrigated lands with intensive cultivation of potatoes, tomatoes, onions, artichokes, peppers, melons, watermelons, etc. and of course, tiger nuts, the raw material for the production of horchata, typically from Alboraya, are the most common products of these lands.

How to get around:
Just a few metres away from the apartment there is a bus stop available (lines 19 - 31), taxi and cycle lane.

- Rubbish. The rubbish bins are located on the street. Valencia has a daily rubbish collection service for 4 types: paper / glass / containers and plastics in addition to general waste.
