The accommodation:
Modern apartment that combines elegance, spaciousness, and functionality in every corner. Located next to the City of Arts and Sciences, one of the most emblematic and avant-garde architectural complexes in Valencia. Just a 10-minute walk from the apartment are the Oceanographic Park, the Prince Felipe Science Museum, the Hemispheric, the Queen Sofía Opera Palace, Gulliver Park... all within the Turia River Gardens, the largest urban garden in Spain, where you can enjoy a pleasant walk. We recommend having a coffee or an appetizer at one of the many cafes and restaurants surrounding the area.
The 118 m2 apartment has the following spaces:

- 1st Bathroom equipped with comfortable shower with screen, sink, toilet, and mirror.
- 2nd bedroom with a double bed of 150x190 cm, built-in wardrobe, ceiling fan.
- 3rd bedroom with a double bed 135x190 cm, dresser, and ceiling fan.
- 2nd Full bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink.
FLOOR 1:
- Study area, equipped with sofa, desk, and chair.
It is delivered with bed linen, 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, welcome kitchen amenities: (1 scouring pad, 1 kitchen cloth, 2 garbage bags, 1 washing machine soap, dishwasher, 2 toilet rolls per bathroom), bathroom amenities: (hand gel). Coffee capsules and 1.5l mineral water bottle. (No replacements are made).

The Neighborhood:

A very quiet area, in the heart of Valencia, the Turia River Gardens. 100 meters from the apartment you will find all kinds of services, restaurants, Aqua and El Saler shopping centers, El Corte Inglés, Mercadona and Consum supermarkets, etc...
How to move:
Just a few meters from the building, there is a Bus stop, Taxi, Bike Lane, and a tranquil area where you can take a pleasant walk along the Turia River Garden.

A quiet residential area ideal for family visits, it is a 15-minute walk from the famous Rojas Clemente Market, 19 minutes on foot from the Quart Towers, 15 minutes from the Central Market, and 20 minutes from City Hall Square. In the surrounding area, you will enjoy numerous restaurants and local shops.

Apartment is comfortable, nothing is missing, everything is new. Distance from City of Science is walk distance, large shopping mall is at short distance if you miss something. Free car parking is very easy. A good option to stay in Valencia if you asee more
