It is located next to the City of Arts and Sciences, one of the most emblematic and avant-garde architectural complexes in Valencia. This allows us to be less than 10 minutes on foot from the Oceanographic Park, the Prince Felipe Museum, the Hemispheric, the Queen Sofía Opera Palace, Gulliver Park... as well as enjoying a pleasant walk through the Turia River Gardens, the largest urban garden in Spain.
The San Luis Fountain Pavilion (home of Valencia Basket Club) is located 5 minutes on foot and the El Saler Shopping Centre 7 minutes away, providing maximum convenience for shopping, catering and leisure services.

- Spacious living-dining room. It has a large HD-TV and comfortable sofa.
- Balcony with small table and two chairs, accessible from the living-dining room and with views of the Opera Building of the City of Arts and Sciences.

- Main bedroom with double bed of 150x190 cms and large wardrobe.

- Second bedroom consisting of two 90x190 beds and wardrobe. Its decoration is cheerful and youthful and will delight the youngest.
- The third bedroom has a 90x190 cms trundle bed that converts into a double bed of 180x190 cms
- Common bathroom located in the hallway, fully equipped with wc, and shower with screen.

The neighbourhood:
Residential neighbourhood in one of the best areas of Valencia. A very quiet area, next to the Turia River Gardens, the green lung of the city with 9 kms of route and the most diverse leisure activities for the whole family. A reference meeting point and a small urban luxury that gives Valencia great popularity, as it is the largest garden in Spain. At the closest garden access to the apartment, you can access the Opera building of the City of Arts and Sciences and the Skatepark. A few minutes' walk away, you can access Gulliver, a monumental 70-metre sculpture that can be accessed through ramps, slides and stairs, and which represents the moment when Gulliver arrives in the land of Lilliput and is tied up by the Lilliputians. The figure is made to such a scale that visitors resemble the inhabitants of Lilliput when they walked on the body of the character created by Jonathan Swift.
Together with the Oceanographic, the Prince Felipe Science Museum and the BioParc, it completes the most attractive and exciting leisure offer for children.
Around the apartment there are all kinds of services: restaurants, shopping centres (Aqua, El Saler and El Corte Inglés), supermarkets (Mercadona, Aldi...), as well as a great variety of small shops.
