Comfortable apartment just a few metres from the Mestalla Stadium. We love it for its spaciousness and functionality! It has all current amenities. Located in a very good area, with a wide range of restaurants and leisure facilities and good connections to reach the city centre and the beach area. It can accommodate up to 4 people.

The Neighbourhood:
This apartment is located in the Mestalla neighbourhood, just a few metres from the Valencia Club de Fútbol Stadium and Blasco Ibáñez Avenue, the university area of Valencia and, therefore, one of the areas with the most young people in the city.
In the area you will find a wide range of restaurants, pubs and leisure and cultural activities. You will be able to visit emblematic buildings, such as the Palace of Exhibitions and the Military History Museum, as well as cinemas, restaurants, terraces, pubs and supermarkets. About 5 minutes from the property there are two metro stops with which you can travel to the city centre or the beach and, on the opposite side of Blasco Avenue, about 15 minutes on foot, you will find the neighbourhood of Benimaclet, a charming area with many places to eat and corners to discover.
At the far west of the neighbourhood you will find the Turia Gardens and the Palau de La Música, where concerts, orchestras and other cultural events are held. The gardens are an urban park approximately 7 km long that runs along what was formerly the bed of the Turia River. Throughout this park you will find the City of Arts and Sciences, Gulliver Park, facilities for practising different sports, a cycle lane and a running track, all surrounded by abundant vegetation.
How to get around:
Just a few metres from the apartment, bus stops, metro, taxi and cycle lane are available:
- Bus: Cardenal Benlloch - La Pobla de Farnals stop (lines 18, C3).
- Metro: Amistat-Casa de la Salud station (lines 5 and 7) a 7-minute walk away. Aragón station (lines 5 and 7), a 5-minute walk away.
