Bright apartment located in El Cabanyal, 250 meters walk from the beach facing east, which allows you to enjoy relaxation due to its proximity to the Mediterranean Sea and to the time, given its proximity to the neighborhood of La Malvarrosa and universities, it has all the services of: bus stops, supermarkets, numerous restaurants and entertainment venues.
The 48 m2 apartment has the following spaces:
-Large living room with comfortable sofa, smart HD TV, rectangular table for 4 people, wooden ceiling fan with remote control, air conditioning with access to a balcony.
-Modern kitchen open to the living room, fully equipped with ceramic hob, microwave, fridge and freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, juicer, mixer, toaster, kettle and all the household utensils necessary for cooking.
- Spacious master bedroom with 160x200 cm double bed, mirror, open wardrobe, wooden ceiling fan with remote control, with access to a balcony with views of the neighborhood.
- Second bedroom equipped with a bunk bed equipped with two single beds of 90x200 cm, open wardrobe, stool and mirror.
- Bathroom equipped with comfortable shower, large sink, toilet and mirror.
It comes with bed linen, 1 hand towel and a bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, welcome kitchen utensils: (1 scouring pad, 1 kitchen towel, 2 garbage bags, 1 washing machine soap, dishwasher, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom), bathroom amenities: hand gel and shampoo. Coffee capsules and 1.5 l mineral water bottle.

The neighborhood:
Located in the maritime neighborhood of Cabañal, founded by fishermen in the 19th century and composed of narrow and long streets of low buildings parallel to the Port of Valencia and the sea and frequently portrayed by the painter Sorolla and the writer Blasco Ibañez. This is an emblematic neighborhood, especially now, because it is undergoing a comprehensive rehabilitation of facades and interiors after being deteriorated in previous decades. Its revival has turned it into a lively area in terms of leisure and culture, it is currently the fashionable neighborhood, due to the social awareness that has generated the importance of the traditional and the authentic. With the reopening of the Musical Theater and the Ice Factory, the newest cultural offer in Valencia has its epicenter in El Cabañal. In terms of gastronomy, this is a neighborhood of homemade food and seafood, as well as highly valued places to go for beers and tapas.
All this without neglecting the privilege of being a 10-minute walk from the popular Las Arenas beach in Valencia, which is undoubtedly the one with the most family and leisure facilities in the city (swings, restaurants specializing in paella, market on the promenade...)
In addition, La Marina (a luxurious and exclusive area created to host the Formula 1 circuit) and the Port of Valencia, with its emblematic sheds, modernist buildings, are also accessible within 10 minutes on foot.
Due to its location north of the city, it is also an excellent starting point for visiting the beaches and well-known tourist towns to the north of it: Port Saplaya, whose peculiar urban planning has earned it the nickname of little Venice; El Puig, with its 13th century monastery; or Sagunto, a historic city dominated by its Roman castle and whose Jewish quarter is well worth a visit, among others.

The neighborhood:
Malvarrosa beach, located to the north of the Port of Valencia, offers its visitors 3 kilometers of coastline with fine golden sand. This area was formerly occupied by fishermen, later it was a resting place for the Valencian bourgeoisie and today it maintains its charm as a modern area of the city, in the midst of a renovation phase. As a curiosity, to say that it was named after its plantation of aromatic herbs and mallows-rosáceas. It is perfect if you want to go with your family or to sunbathe in a relaxed way, but it is also great if you want to practice some sport in front of the sea, since there are areas specially set up for the most active.
100 meters from the apartment there are all kinds of services and leisure facilities, supermarkets, trendy restaurants, hammocks on the beach, beach volleyball facilities, the museum of the Valencian writer Vicente Blasco Ibáñez...
