Accommodation:
Very nice loft apartment in neutral colors decorated in minimalist Nordic style very close to Avenida de Francia, next to the City of Arts and Sciences, one of the most emblematic and avant-garde architectural ensembles in Valencia. This allows us to be in a 10-minute walk from the Oceanographic Park, the Príncipe Felipe Museum, the Hemisférico, the Reina Sofía Opera Palace, Gulliver Park... in a pleasant walk through the Turia River Gardens, the largest urban garden in Spain. We recommend having a coffee or a snack in one of the many cafes and restaurants that surround you.
The 65 m2 apartment has the following spaces:
LOW LEVEL:
- Double-height living-dining room equipped with a double sofa bed (140x190cm), shelves, side tables and HD TV.
- Modern kitchen open to the living room, fully equipped, with dishwasher, washer-dryer, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, juicer. blender…
- Common bathroom equipped with sink, wc and shower.
1ST FLOOR (access via stairs):
- Elegant main bedroom with double bed of 150x190. HD-TV, large closets and en-suite bathroom equipped with sink, toilet and practical shower. Its armchair is ideal for a pleasant reading during your stay.
It is delivered with bed linen, 1 hand and bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and welcome kitchen amenities (1 scourer, 1 kitchen cloth, 2 garbage bags, 1 washing soap, 2 dishwasher tablets, dishwasher, 2 toilet rolls per bathroom, hand gel).

- Central air conditioning hot/cold on both floors.

The neighborhood:
Penya-Roja is a residential neighborhood in one of the best areas of Valencia. Very quiet area, in the heart of Valencia, the Turia River Gardens and in the City of Arts and Sciences. At 100 meters from the apartment there are all kinds of services, educational, sports, cultural centers... as well as restaurants, shopping centers such as Aqua, El Saler and El Corte Inglés, Mercadona supermarkets, Aldi, Economy Cash etc...
How to move:
A few meters from the building there is a bus stop, taxi, bike lane. Or taking a pleasant walk along the Turia River Garden.
- Bus stop: França-Albereda (19-40-94 / Eduard Boscà-Passeig de l’Albereda (18-90).

The neighbourhood:
This apartment is located in the neighbourhood of Mestalla, a few meters away from the Stadium of Valencia Club de Fútbol and the Avenue of Blasco Ibáñez (the university area of Valencia and, therefore, one of the areas with more young people in the city).
In this district you will find a wide range of restaurants, pubs and leisure activities. You can visit emblematic buildings, such as the Exhibition Palace and the Military Historical Museum, and you can go to the cinema, restaurants, terraces, breweries and supermarkets. About 5 minutes from the apartment there are two subway stops with which you can move to the downtown or the beach areas and, on the opposite side of Blasco Ibáñez Avenue, about 15 minutes on foot, you will find the district of Benimaclet, a lovely area with many places to eat and to discover.
At the western end of the neighbourhood are the Turia Gardens and the Palau de la Música, where concerts, orchestras and other cultural events are held. The gardens are an urban park, with a length of about 7 km, that run through what once was the bed of the Turia river. Throughout this park you will find the City of Arts and Sciences, The Gulliver Park, tracks in which you can practice different sports, and bike and a running path, all surrounded by abundant vegetation.
Getting around:
Bus stops, metro stations, a taxi rank and a bike path are available just a few meters away from the apartment:
