    If you are looking for a comfortable, well-equipped apartment that is close to the center of Valencia, away from the noise and bustle and with good public transport services, this is the ideal accommodation choice.

    Located near the Avenida del Puerto, very next of the City of the Arts and the Sciences, of the Fallero Museum, of the Aqua, the Saler and El Corte Inglés Shopping Centers. The area is mainly residential and quiet, but also it is easy to access to the center by public transportation. You can find small shops of neighborhood and restaurants nearby.

Take the metro to the city center and get off at the Xativa stop. From there, you can take the number 35 bus. - By Train or Subway. Follow the signs to Valencia South. When you arrive in the city, follow the signs for the City of Arts. - From the west (coming from Madrid and the airport): Continue on the A3 motorway. Take the exit towards Alicante and Albacete. Continue on the V30 detour. Take the exit to CV500. When you arrive in the city, follow the signs for the City of Arts. How to move: A few meters from the building there are: -Bus: Stop 2041 Professor López Piñero (pair) - Institut Obrer de València (13, 15, 24, 25, 95). - Taxi. - Bike lane. House's rules: - No parties. - No Smoking. - No pets. - No more people than reserved. - Respect rest hours, from 10:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. - Responsibility, respect and good behavior towards all the use facilities and the neighbors. - No Garbage in the accommodation. Garbage containers are found in the street, Valencia has a daily garbage collection service of 4 types: paper / glass / containers and plastics in addition to the rest.

    No hay ningún colgador en el cuarto de baño con lo que las toallas hay que dejarlas sobre el lavabo. Tampoco hay donde dejar la ropa al acostarse y las ventanas del salón no cierran
