Charming studio, located in the Cabanyal neighbourhood, fully equipped to accommodate up to 4 people. It has a bathroom, living-dining room, open-plan kitchen to the living room and balcony. It has air conditioning and free WiFi. Its excellent location makes it a perfect option for a stay in Valencia since it is less than 5 minutes from the seafront, with bus and tram stops a few metres away and very close to the Polytechnic University.

The accommodation:
Bright studio apartment located in Cabanyal, 250 metres walking distance from the beach with east-west orientation, which allows you to enjoy relaxation due to proximity to the Mediterranean Sea and at the same time, given its proximity to the La Malvarrosa neighbourhood and universities, it has all the services of: bus stops, supermarkets, numerous restaurants and leisure venues.

The 31 m2 apartment has the following spaces:
-Spacious living-dining room with comfortable double sofa bed of 140x190cm with wardrobe, Smart TV-HD, round table for 4 people, wooden ceiling fan with remote control, air conditioning and access to balcony with views of the neighbourhood. Double bed of 160x200cm, wardrobe and wooden ceiling fan with remote control.
-Modern open-plan kitchen to the living room, fully equipped with ceramic hob, microwave with grill, fridge and freezer, Nespresso coffee maker, juicer, blender, toaster, kettle and all the necessary household items for cooking. Access to small gallery with sink, where the washing machine and clothes drying rack on the railing are located.
- Bathroom equipped with comfortable shower, large sink and mirror.

It is delivered with bed linen, 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, welcome kitchen supplies: (1 scourer, 1 kitchen cloth, 2 bin bags, 1 washing machine soap, dishwasher tablets, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom), bathroom amenities: hand gel and shampoo. Coffee capsules and 1.5l bottle of mineral water.

- In the event of requiring an exceptional in-person check-in from 21:00 onwards, a supplement of €30 will be applied, payable in cash upon arrival.

The neighbourhood:
Located in the maritime neighbourhood of Cabañal, founded by fishermen in the 19th century and composed of narrow and long streets of low buildings parallel to the Port of Valencia and the sea, frequently depicted by painter Sorolla and writer Blasco Ibañez. This is an emblematic neighbourhood, especially now, as it is undergoing comprehensive rehabilitation of facades and interiors after having deteriorated in previous decades. Its resurgence has turned it into a lively area in terms of leisure and culture; it is currently the trendy neighbourhood, due to the social awareness generated by the importance of the traditional and the authentic. With the reopening of the Musical Theatre and La Fábrica de Hielo, Valencia's most innovative cultural offering has its epicentre in El Cabañal. As for gastronomy, this is a neighbourhood of home-cooked food and seafood, as well as highly valued establishments for having beers and tapas.

All this without overlooking the privilege of being a 10-minute walk from the popular Las Arenas beach in Valencia, which is undoubtedly the one with the most family and leisure facilities in the city (playgrounds, restaurants specialising in paella, market stalls on the promenade…)
Furthermore, also a 10-minute walk away are La Marina (a luxurious and exclusive area created to host the Formula 1 circuit) and Valencia Port, with its emblematic warehouses and modernist buildings.
Due to its location in the north of the city, it is also an excellent starting point for visiting the beaches and well-known tourist towns to the north of it: Port Saplaya, whose distinctive urban planning has earned it the nickname of little Venice; El Puig, with its 13th-century monastery, or Sagunto, a historic city presided over by its Roman castle and whose Jewish quarter is well worth a visit, amongst others.

How to get around:
A 5-minute walk from the apartment, bus stops, taxis and a cycle lane are available.
Bus: Lines 93, 98 Tarongers - Progrés.
Lines 19, 31, 92, Reina - Remonta.
Tram: Lines 4, 6 and 8 La Cadena.

House rules:

- No more guests than those booked.
- Responsibility, respect and good conduct towards all facilities in use and towards neighbours.
- Respect quiet hours, from 22:00 to 10:00.
- Rubbish. Rubbish bins are located on the street. Valencia has a daily rubbish collection service for 5 types: paper / glass / containers and plastics, organic and other waste.
