Exceptional location on Patacona Beach, very close to all services: supermarket, health centre, schools and universities. Excellent communication with the city centre via bus line.
It has 4 double bedrooms (2 of them with en-suite bathrooms), air conditioning and radiator heating, Wi-Fi, independent kitchen and private garage with capacity for 2 vehicles. Capacity to accommodate up to 8 people.

Semi-detached chalet of 267 m² with the following spaces:
GROUND FLOOR:
- Entrance courtyard with plants and outdoor shower. Access to the hall via six steps, where there is a built-in wardrobe.
- Spacious lounge-dining room with chaise longue sofa, Samsung Smart TV, rectangular dining table for 8 people, 2 wicker armchairs, fireplace, mosquito net and direct access to a wonderful terrace.
- Terrace equipped with awning, rectangular glass table and chairs.
- Fully equipped independent kitchen with hob, dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster and blender.
- Toilet with WC, sink, mirror and small cupboard.
BASEMENT:
- Laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and two portable clothes lines.
- Garage with capacity for 2 cars, water tap and 4 wall-mounted bicycle hooks.
FIRST FLOOR:
- Access by stairs from the entrance:
- Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 180x190 cm double bed, spacious dressing room with mirror and access to balcony. The bathroom features a shower, sink, mirror and toilet.
- Second double bedroom with two single beds of 90x190 cm and access to shared balcony with the main bedroom.
- Third double bedroom with 150x190 cm double bed and wardrobe.

SECOND FLOOR (access by stairs):
- Fourth bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 150x190 cm double bed, spacious dressing room and access to balcony. The bathroom includes shower, bathtub, sink, mirror and toilet.

Bed linen, one hand towel and one bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and a kitchen welcome kit: 1 cloth, 1 scourer, 2 bin bags, 1 bottle of washing-up liquid, 1 dishwasher tablet, 1 washing machine detergent tablet. Coffee capsules and a bottle of mineral water. Bathroom: 2 rolls of toilet paper and hand soap.

In the vicinity you will be able to enjoy pleasant walks along its seafront promenade, Malvarrosa Beach, Arenas Beach and even a pleasant walk to Port Saplaya beach, the small Valencian Venice.
How to get around:
Just a few metres away from the apartment there is a bus stop available (line 31), a taxi rank and a cycle lane.
