It is perfect for families looking to spend a real break in Valencia, away from the urban bustle and at the same time with all the restaurant, shopping and public transport services to visit the most emblematic of the city easily accessible on foot.

    Accommodation:
    Contemporary and comfortable apartment with views of the beach and direct access to it, with a capacity of up to 4 people, garage, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. It is the perfect combination of beach and city-rest. Easy access by public transport and all leisure and shopping services, as well as its privileged location, will make your stay a relaxing and pleasant experience.

    The 110 m2 apartment has the following spaces:
    - Cozy living-dining room with comfortable sofa, 2 armchairs, round table and 4 chairs, HD-TV, large window overlooking the sea with access to terrace with views of the beach.
    - Side terrace with views of the beach, equipped with a table and 4 chairs.
    - Master bedroom with sea views, with a 160x200 cm double bed, large closets, full-length mirror. This bedroom has its own full bathroom (sink, mirror, walk-in shower, toilet and bidet).
    - Second bedroom with two 90 x 200 cm beds, desk with chair, large closets and full-length mirror.
    - Bathroom with double sink and mirror, toilet and practical walk-in shower.
    - Kitchen open to the living room with a peninsula where the sink is located and at the same time serves as a bar, equipped with 4 stools. Access to gallery on the outside terrace where the washing machine is located. The rest of the equipment includes: oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, mixer, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle.

    It is delivered with bed linen, 1 hand towel and a bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, welcome kitchen amenities: (1 scouring pad, 1 kitchen cloth, 2 garbage bags, 1 washing machine soap, dishwasher, 2 toilet rolls per bathroom), bathroom amenities: Hand gel.     The neighborhood:
    Patacona beach, in the municipality of Alboraya, is a must-see during your stay in Valencia. It is the natural continuation of Malvarrosa beach, so it shares all its services in terms of leisure and restaurants. This area maintains its charm both during the summer and winter seasons as it is a quiet town, with numerous playgrounds and gardens. A few meters from the apartment is the pedestrian promenade with all kinds of services and leisure facilities: trendy restaurants as well as famous rice restaurants, beach bars to have a drink, wooden walkways in the sand, umbrella and hammock service in the beach, as well as public showers, beach volleyball facilities, etc. In the neighboring neighborhood of Malvarrosa there are supermarkets and ATMs, in addition to the well-known museum of the Valencian writer Vicente Blasco Ibáñez.
    Horchata is the typical drink of Valencia and its cultivation, typical of the municipalities north of the city, has its epicenter in the town of Alboraya, a municipality to which Patacona beach belongs. For this reason, in this area it is common to find horchaterías where you can taste it.

    Furthermore, due to its location to the north of the city, it is also an excellent starting point to visit the beaches and well-known tourist towns to the north of it: Port Saplaya, whose peculiar urban planning has earned it the nickname “little Venice”; El Puig, with its 13th century monastery or Sagunto, a historic city presided over by its Roman castle and whose Jewish quarter is well worth a visit, among others.

    How to move:
    Just a few meters away from the apartment there are bus, taxi and bike path stops.
    - Bus: Lines 19, 31 and 92 at 400 meters (5 min) towards downtown Valencia. La Malva-rosa stop – Mendizabal.
    - Tram: Lines 4, 6 and 8 “La Cadena” at 1.5km (20 min).

Due to its excellent location is perfect option to visit Valencia with children because it’s very easy to go to the beach and to access to the main touristic places in the city by public transport.

      Accommodation:
      Extraordinary apartment located in the hearth of Patacona, third line of the beach so it’s perfect to enjoy the relax of a residential area, the near beach and also, due to the short distance to the Malvarrosa neighborhood, the access to all its services as: bus stop, supermarket, a wide range of restaurants and leisure. The apartment is in a residential building with concierge, community swimming pool (only in-season) and playground.

      The apartment of 64 m2 and a 30 m2 terrace has the following spaces:

      - Wide lounge with sofa bed, table and chairs for 4 people, HD-TV and direct access to the balcony.
      -Kitchen fully equipped with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, beater, toaster, coffee machine Nespresso, kettle, juicer, food processor and the whole furniture with all the necessary cookware. The washer is in a separated small room.
      - Spacious bedroom with a double bed of 150x190 cm, large wardrobe and HD-TV.
      - Bathroom with wash basin and mirror, wc, bidet and shower.
      -Wide balcony accessible from the lounge, with views to the pool and in the background, to the sea. It has a table with 4 chairs.
      - Terrace solarium in upper floor with access through spiral stairs from the balcony. This terrace has a table with 4 chairs, 2 sunbed and auxiliary furniture. It also has views to the pool and in the background, to the sea

      The apartment has air conditioning hot/cold, free wifi and a garage place (under request). It is provided with bed linen, towels, iron and table of ironing, hairdryer and kitchen amenities’s welcome.

      The neighborhood:
      The Patacona’s beach, in Alboraya's municipality is a required visit during your stay in Valencia. It is the natural continuation of the Malvarrosa’s beach, of which it shares all the leisure and gastronomic services. This area keeps the charm during the summer season, as well as in the winter. At 400 meters of the apartment one finds the maritime promenade with all kinds of services and facilities for leisure, fashionable restaurants at the famous arrocerías (restaurants specialized in paella), parasols and hammocks service in the beach, facilities of volleyball beach, showers, etc. In the near neighborhood of Malvarrosa there are supermarkets and ATM, as well as the known museum of the Valencian writer Vicente Blasco Ibáñez.
      The “horchata” is the typical drink of Valencia and its cultive, typical in all the north area of Valencia, has its epicentre in Alboraya's locality, municipality to which the Patacona’s beach belongs For it, is quite frequent to find here, specialized places called “horchateria” where to taste it, another required visit!
      Due to its situation in the north of the city, Patacona is also an excellent point of departure to visit other worthwhile beaches and known tourist populations to the north of Valencia: Port Saplaya, whose due to its peculiar urbanism has the nickname of the "Small Venice"; El Puig, with its monastery of the 13th century or Sagunto, historical city presided by its Roman castle and whose Jewry well deserves a visit, and many others...

      Getting around:
      At only a few meters of the apartment there are available bus stop, taxis and a bike track.
