This area maintains its charm both during the summer season and in winter, as it is a peaceful locality with numerous children's parks and gardens. Just a few metres from the apartment is the pedestrian seafront promenade with all kinds of services and leisure facilities: fashionable restaurants as well as renowned rice restaurants, beach bars for a drink, wooden walkways in the sand, umbrella and hammock service on the beach, as well as public showers, beach volleyball facilities, etc. In the neighbouring Malvarrosa neighbourhood you will find supermarkets and cash machines, as well as the well-known museum of Valencian writer Vicente Blasco Ibáñez. Horchata is the typical drink of Valencia and its cultivation, typical of the municipalities north of the city, has its epicentre in the town of Alboraya, the municipality to which Patacona beach belongs.
