The 75 m2 apartment with a 30 m2 terrace has the following spaces:
-Comfortable living room with chaise-lounge sofa, HD-TV and direct access to the duplex terrace with magnificent side views of the sea and the pool.
-Large master bedroom with two single beds of 80x190 cm, dressing table, with access to terrace.
-Second bedroom with a 135x190 cm double bed.
- Bathroom equipped with bathtub and sink.
- Separate kitchen with a very functional gallery and fully equipped with all the necessary appliances (washing machine, dishwasher, dryer, blender, juicer, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine...).
- Duplex terrace where you can enjoy on the ground floor a breakfast table and chairs for 4 people with glass curtain closure and on the 1st floor with access via stairs an impressive outdoor dining area with table and chairs for 4 people, with Balinese bed for two people, and a toilet. In addition, a great detail will be to refresh yourself with its practical outdoor shower.
It is delivered with bed linen, 1 hand towel and a bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, welcome kitchen amenities: (1 scouring pad, 1 kitchen cloth, 2 garbage bags, 1 washing machine soap, dishwasher, 2 toilet rolls per bathroom), bathroom amenities: Hand gel. Coffee capsules and 1.5l water bottle. From mineral water.

You will enjoy the proximity of the Valencia garden, which dates back to the Andalusian period. To the classic crops that were already cultivated in Roman times, cereals, vineyards, olive trees, rice and tiger nuts are added as the most characteristic of this area, in addition to vegetables such as eggplant and artichoke.

Just a few meters away from the apartment there is a bus stop (lines 19 - 31), taxi and bike path.

La Patacona beach is located in the municipality of Alboraya and is a must-visit during your stay in Valencia. It is one of the most fashionable beaches in the province and is the natural continuation of Malvarrosa beach. The next neighbouring beach is Port Saplaya, an area with great charm throughout the year that, due to the shapes and colours of its architecture, as well as the small interior canals, is commonly known as Little Venice. In the vicinity, you can find a long seafront promenade, a shopping centre, numerous restaurants with terraces and cafés.
