The 70 m2 apartment has the following spaces:
- Bright living room with sofa bed, HD TV and access to a small exterior balcony-viewpoint.
- Fully equipped independent kitchen with dining area (oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, blender, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, electric kettle…).
- Master bedroom with a double bed of 150x190 cm.
- Second bedroom equipped with a single bed of 90x190 cm and desk area.
- Bathroom with double sink, toilet, mirror and shower.

It comes with bed linen, 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, welcome kitchen amenities: (1 scourer, 1 kitchen cloth, 2 bin bags, 1 washing powder, washing-up liquid, 2 toilet rolls per bathroom), bathroom amenities: (hand gel). Coffee capsules and a 1.5l bottle of mineral water.

The neighbourhood:
Malvarrosa Beach, located north of Valencia Port, offers its visitors 3 kilometres of coastline with golden, fine sand. This area was formerly occupied by fishermen, later became a resting place for the Valencian bourgeoisie and currently maintains its charm as a modern area of the city, in the midst of renovation. As a curiosity, it was named after its plantation of aromatic herbs and rose mallows. It is perfect if you want to go with family or to sunbathe in a relaxed manner, but it is also great if you want to practise any sport facing the sea, as there are areas specially equipped for the more active.

Within 100 metres of the apartment there are all kinds of services and leisure facilities, supermarkets, trendy restaurants, beach loungers, beach volleyball facilities, the museum of Valencian writer Vicente Blasco Ibáñez… Valencia is a vibrant city full of history and culture that will not leave you indifferent!

How to get around:
Just a few metres from the building there are various transport options available;

The neighbourhood:
Located in the maritime neighbourhood of Cabañal, founded by fishermen in the 19th century and composed of narrow and long streets of low buildings parallel to the Port of Valencia and the sea, frequently depicted by painter Sorolla and writer Blasco Ibañez. This is an emblematic neighbourhood, especially now, as it is undergoing comprehensive rehabilitation of facades and interiors after having deteriorated in previous decades. Its resurgence has transformed it into a lively area in terms of leisure and culture; it is currently the fashionable neighbourhood, due to the social awareness generated by the importance of tradition and authenticity. With the reopening of the Musical Theatre and La Fábrica de Hielo, Valencia's most innovative cultural offering has its epicentre in El Cabañal. As for gastronomy, this is a neighbourhood of home-cooked food and seafood products, as well as highly valued establishments for beers and tapas.

All this without overlooking the privilege of being 10 minutes' walk from the popular Las Arenas beach in Valencia, which is undoubtedly the one with the most family and leisure facilities in the city (swings, restaurants specialising in paella, market stalls on the promenade…)
Furthermore, also 10 minutes' walk away are La Marina (a luxurious and exclusive area created to host the Formula 1 circuit) and the Port of Valencia, with its emblematic warehouses and modernist buildings.
Due to its location in the north of the city, it is also an excellent starting point for visiting the beaches and well-known tourist towns to the north of it: Port Saplaya, whose distinctive urban planning has earned it the nickname of little Venice; El Puig, with its 13th-century monastery; or Sagunto, a historic city presided over by its Roman castle and whose Jewish quarter is well worth a visit, among others.
