About 5 minutes from the apartment there are two subway stops with which you can move to the downtown or the beach areas and, on the opposite side of Blasco Ibáñez Avenue, about 15 minutes on foot, you will find the district of Benimaclet, a lovely area with many places to eat and to discover.
At the western end of the neighbourhood are the Turia Gardens and the Palau de la Música, where concerts, orchestras and other cultural events are held. The gardens are an urban park, with a length of about 7 km, that run through what once was the bed of the Turia river. Throughout this park you will find the City of Arts and Sciences, The Gulliver Park, tracks in which you can practice different sports, and bike and a running path, all surrounded by abundant vegetation.

Malvarrosa beach, located to the north of the Port of Valencia, offers its visitors 3 kilometers of coastline with fine golden sand. This area was formerly occupied by fishermen, later it was a resting place for the Valencian bourgeoisie and today it maintains its charm as a modern area of the city, in the midst of a renovation phase. As a curiosity, to say that it was named after its plantation of aromatic herbs and mallows-rosáceas. La calefacción. El primer día pasamos frío y el segundo algo mejor pero sin llegar a un confort óptimo. Al ser por aire caliente tardaba mucho en calentar y aunque le dieras mas potencia siempre salía poco aire, no variaba. El barrio algo ruidoso psee more

Falta de persiana en la salida a la terraza de una habitación. A mi hija le despertaba la claridad. La tele algo pequeña y no se veían bien algunos canales.
