Description
Cosy apartment for 5 people in the City of Arts and Sciences. It has 3 bedrooms, WiFi and parking included. Excellent location and very well connected, just 10 minutes by car from the beach and Valencia's historic centre.
The accommodation:
Spacious flat located in one of the best areas for families very close to Avenida de Francia, next to the City of Arts and Sciences, one of the most emblematic and avant-garde architectural complexes in Valencia. This allows us to be within a 10-minute walk of the Oceanographic Park, the Príncipe Felipe museum, the Hemisférico, the Reina Sofía Opera Palace, Gulliver Park… on a pleasant stroll through the Turia River Gardens, Spain's largest urban garden. We recommend having a coffee or an aperitif in one of the many cafés and restaurants that surround it.
The 110 m2 apartment features the following spaces:
- Living-dining room with sofa, glass dining table, HD TV.
- Practical kitchen with fully equipped dining area, with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee maker, juicer, blender… It has access to a lovely interior courtyard decorated with plants and equipped with a table and two chairs.
- Elegant master bedroom with double bed of 150x190cm equipped with spacious wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with bathtub.
- The second bedroom is provided with two single beds of 90x190cm.
- The third bedroom is equipped with a single bed of 90x190cm, chest of drawers and wardrobes. Ideal for the little ones in the house.
- Common bathroom equipped with practical shower.
It comes with bed linen, 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, welcome kitchen amenities: (1 scourer, 1 kitchen cloth, 2 bin bags, 1 washing powder, washing-up liquid, 2 toilet rolls per bathroom), bathroom amenities: (hand gel). Coffee capsules and a 1.5l bottle of mineral water.

Penya-Roja is a residential neighbourhood in one of the best areas of Valencia. A very peaceful area, in the heart of Valencia, the Turia River Gardens and right in the City of Arts and Sciences. Within 100 metres of the apartment there are all kinds of services, educational centres, sports facilities, cultural venues… as well as restaurants, shopping centres such as Aqua, El Saler and El Corte Inglés, supermarkets Mercadona, Aldi, Economy Cash etc…
How to get around:
Just a few metres from the building there is a Bus stop, Taxi rank, and Cycle lane. Or take a pleasant walk along the Turia River Garden.

The neighbourhood:
The Malvarrosa beach, located north of the Port of Valencia, offers its visitors 3 kilometres of coastline with fine, golden sand. This area was formerly occupied by fishermen, later became a resting place for the Valencian bourgeoisie and currently maintains its charm, being a modern area of the city, in full renovation phase. As a curiosity, it was named so due to its plantation of aromatic herbs and malva-rosaceous plants. It is perfect if you want to go with family or sunbathe in a relaxed way, but it is also great if you want to practice some sport in front of the sea, as there are areas specially enabled for the most active.
100 metres from the apartment there are all types of services and leisure facilities, supermarkets, trendy restaurants, sunbeds on the beach, beach volleyball facilities, the museum of the Valencian writer Vicente Blasco Ibáñez... Valencia is a vibrant city full of history and culture that will not leave you indifferent!
