Fully equipped and with beautiful furniture to accommodate up to 4 people. 2 double rooms, WiFi, Air Conditioning. 5 minutes walk from the City of Arts, and just 10 minutes by car from the Beach and the Historic Center.

If what you want for your stay in Valencia is a comfortable, well-equipped apartment close to the center, but away from the hustle and bustle and well connected to public transport, this apartment is undoubtedly designed for you. Located near Avenida del Puerto, very close to the City of Arts and Sciences, the Fallero Museum and the Aqua, El Saler and El Corte Inglés Shopping Centers. The area is mainly residential and quiet, but is also easily accessible to the center by public transport. You can find small neighborhood shops and restaurants nearby.
The 77 m2 apartment has the following spaces:
- Large living room with sofa, practical rectangular dining table, HD TV, with access to an outside balcony.
- Fully equipped independent kitchen, with microwave, oven, refrigerator/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, blender, tea kettle...Access to a small outdoor gallery where the washing machine is located.
- Master bedroom with double bed measuring 150x190cm, chair and open wardrobe.

La Creu del Grau is a neighborhood located in the Camins Al Grau district, in the east of Valencia. It borders, to the north, with Puerto Avenue; to the east, with Ibiza Street; to the south, with Baleares Avenue; and, to the west, with Lebón Street. The neighborhood alternates residential buildings with small green areas. There is good bus communication and it is possible to get to the metro stations closest to the neighborhood (Ayora and Marítim-Serrería).
100 meters from the apartment there are all kinds of services, restaurants, hairdressers, bicycle rental, Aqua, El Saler, El Corte Inglés shopping centers, Supermecados: Mercadona, Lidl, Consum etc...

Malvarrosa beach, located to the north of the Port of Valencia, offers its visitors 3 kilometers of coastline with fine golden sand.
